I have to do more research on this, however. Why? 

Because like his pro-life stance (personally am &#039;pro choice&#039;, btw), it may
be palatable because he simply wants to get the Feds OUT of it, *NOT* 
have the Feds manage/regulate it. 

It gets into a larger discussion: how is infrastructure managed? including
internet infrastructure?</description>
